Harris County Protective Services for Children and Adults

To better the lives of children and adults in Harris County

HCPS mission is to:

  • Provide direct services to children not served by DFPS, 
  • Provide support services designed to enhance the efficiency of the DFPS program,
  • Provide guardianship services,
  • Advocate for Harris County's children and adults
