Kinder Emergency Shelter Educational Services
Shelter youth are required to attend an Excel Academy School (Juvenile Probation Charter School) located within the Kinder Emergency Shelter. Educational services are provided on a year-round basis by fully accredited instructors who focus on teaching all required courses and TAKS preparation skills to Shelter youth.
